And because we had done away with messy paper ticketing and brochures, the pricing info and plans had to be easy to navigate and understand.
We even broke down what the data allowances meant in a  real-world, palatable way.
After choosing the desired device and plan, then a simple 'tap 'n' take' with the smart card and that info was saved for later out of store.
